My ability to understand business requirements and translate these into experiences lead to work on the Microsoft Sure Step project methodology. The client needed a complete make over of an existing tool that provided both the actual methodology as well as the related deliverables. Delivering a user experience around an project management methodology was a interesting challenge which later led to an related marketing effort.

I was the only consultant working on this project for a majority of the duration.

I used Visio, Photoshop and the Office suite (mainly PowerPoint) for my deliverables.
